Brother has a network of dealers and resellers throughout the United States who are authorized to provide support on Brother Products both in and out of warranty. This support may include facilitation of Brother repair and/or in-store repair.

We highly recommend that you call your preferred support provider to verify that they can repair your specific model before taking it in to the dealer for service. click here to find one

We offer a full service department operated by two full-time factory trained technicians. Checking in your machine, we will give a FREE estimate. With a $20 deposit,  we will start the process of service. At the time of pick up your $20 will be deducted from your service fee.  If you decided not to have your machine service or parts are no longer available $20 is applied to our bench fee. The average turnaround time is within seven days. 24 hour rush service is available for a nominal fee.

 

**Please note: Our service Department has a bench Fee no matter how small of a job. When your machine is on the bench, you will receive a Full Servicing.

We repair all brands of household sewing and embroidery machines and sergers. We back all of our repairs with a 30 day guarantee. All our repairs are done on the premises. Scissors sharpening is available.

  • Power Cord Foot Control
  • Presser Foot or Embroidery Foot
  • Bobbin Case
  • Bobbin
  • General Sewing Stitch Plate (Not Straight Stitch Plate)

Do not bring any other accessories or needle or wooden cabinet. All repairs receive a new needle at charge.
