Job Title: Store Manager

Heyde Sewing Machine Co., located at 11960 Tesson Ferry in Saint Louis, MO, is looking for one Sales Manager to join our 12-person team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

*Strong sales knowledge and training ability to assist the retail store in achieving sales goals.

*Retail Sales/ Managing Retail business.

*A good attitude.

*Ability to generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.

*A good work ethic and ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday and some Saturdays. Able and willing to work overtime on an “as needed” basis.

*Ability to lift 70 pounds.

*Familiar with computers and Excel. Sewing machine experience would be a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Willing to learn all products.

Responsibilities Include;

Mentor the Sales team of 12 employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives. Interact with retail customers of Sewing machines, sewing cabinets/ furniture, and sales, and help with inventory and purchasing. Keeping the Store organized and decorating.

3+ years of sales experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
