Intro to quilting 101 classes - Beginner class
Join Lynne as she introduces you to the beginner world of quilting!
Each month, a quilt block design will be featured, for which you will learn to choose fabrics, cut, and piece them into a finished block.
This class is three hours and includes some time to select and purchase the fabric you want to use for your block. You can either bring your own machine or use our classroom machines.
You will learn how to choose fabrics for patterns, cut fabric, sew consistent seams, and piece cuts. This class will be offered monthly, with a new block of knowledge learned and applied each month. You can sign up for one class and make a block large enough for a pillow, or you can sign up for multiple months to create enough blocks for a quilt over time.
