Intro to quilting for beginners

Join Lynne as she introduces you to the addictive world of quilting!  Each month will feature a quilt block design for which you will learn to choose fabrics, cut and piece for a finished block.  The class is three hours and includes some time to choose and purchase the fabric you want to use for your block.  You can either bring your own machine or borrow one of ours.

 You will learn how to choose fabrics for patterns, cut fabric, sew consistent seams and piece cuts. The class will be offered monthly with a new block learned and made each month.  You can sign up for one class and make a block large enough for a pillow or you can sign up for multiple months to create enough blocks for a quilt over time.
