Beginning Quilting by Machine - with Tammy
In seven class sessions this class will introduce you to quilting by machine and rotary cutting. You will learn many tips and tricks that will have you creating your own quilts in no time. Beginning with choosing your fabrics, each session will take you through the entire process, making your quilting journey successful. You must be comfortable with your sewing machine. Please have a 1/4" foot for your machine. At the end of this series, you will have made a baby/lap size quilt.
Please bring your personal sewing machine, the power cord and foot control, a 1/4" piecing foot, walking foot for quilting, rotary cutter, mat, 6x24 ruler, 100% cotton thread to match fabric, pins, scissors, seam ripper, and new 80/12 Universal sewing machine needles.
First class will review all expectations of the series.
At the first class you will pick fabric for your quilt so there's no need to bring your sewing machine to the first class session.
