Unopened: Unopened merchandise that can be returned to the manufacturer may be returned for a refund less all shipping cost. This means that the merchandise must be in a factory sealed box with the seal unbroken. Shipping is non-refundable, and items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have outbound shipping fees deducted from the refund. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is given. Some items may be subject to a re-stocking fee of 15% or more. This may or may not be indicated on the product page.

Opened: Opened merchandise that can be returned to the manufacturer cannot be returned

Software: Software and embroidery designs open cannot be returned, due to copywriting.

Special orders  Any items not inventoried cannot be returned factory

Defects: We will repair or replace any unit within the first 30 days of purchase if the manufacturer determines it to be defective in material and workmanship. If the unit cannot be repaired within 30 days of purchase, we will replace the unit. We have to see the unit first to determine if the problem you are having is covered by warranty.

We will reimburse you for ground shipping expense in the continental U.S. for authorized returns on warranty repairs in the first 30 days from the date of purchase. We will not accept COD returns.

Shipping Damage

UPS, Please inspect your package when you receive it from the shipping carrier. If you notice any damage from shipping, please contact us at 314-843-1168 to report the damage. You must contact us within five business days. Make sure that you keep all packaging (boxes, shipping labels, packing material, etc...), as the shipping carrier will come to inspect the package.

Cancellation Policy

Because of our automated order processing system, orders are electronically approved and transmitted when you submit the order. As a result, there are no cancellations unless one of your items is on backorder. Changes cannot be made to your order once it is processed. If you want to add to your order, simply place a new order. Call us at 314-843-1168 immediately for help if your order contains an error. If you decide to cancel a backordered item and it has already shipped, you must follow the returns procedures stated above.

Refusal of Shipment

If you refuse a shipment you will be charged for shipping of the product both ways. On some products, a restocking fee will apply. This will be indicated on the product page. A refund or store credit will be issued for the difference.

Shipping Policy

Most packages shipped from UPS or USPS. We can not take requests for the shipping carrier. Please make sure that you give us an accurate street address that can be delivered to. Delivery quotes are for business days only. Shippers do not ship on Saturday or Sunday and do not count those days in quotes.

We do not ship Military using APO, AEO.

Freight Information
All industrial machines with table, stand, and motor and many of our cabinets are shipped via freight truck. These shipments can't be expedited even if expedited service shows up as an option in the shopping cart. Most freight rates are a flat $200

United States Shipping
We ship most orders by UPS or Post Office (USPS) in the Contiguous 48 States Alaska and Hawaii only ship via 2nd day or next day air.

Large Retail Sewing Machine, Embroidery, Quilt Shop.  Seek a friendly and reliable individual to help customers have a great experience with our company. You must have strong communication skills, enthusiastic, personable, and outgoing.


1) Part-time Sales Position.

Hourly Pay plus Commission

Experience is a plus in a retail environment with Embroidery and Sewing but not needed.

Must have normal mobility to stand, sit, lift, climb stairs, and normal visual acuity.


2)  2-5 Teachers Position.

Pay per class plus Free supplies.

Experience needed in sewing, Quilting, or, Embroidery. Must be able to provide samples.


3) Sewing Machine Technician

Monday-Friday Hourly pay

Experience is a plus if you have any kind of background in servicing small mechanically products.

Responsible for sewing machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and performing preventive maintenance.

Perform equipment and fixture set up and programming on sewing machines in connection with the start of the production runs on various products. Make equipment adjustments (timing, feed, feed dog, etc.) and repair sewing machines and related equipment as necessary to address machine failures as well as quality and production issues.

Perform equipment installation and set up for new and or refurbished equipment experience in setting up, maintenance, and repair of sewing machines is a plus. Thinking skills, desire to learn, and ability to operate in a diverse, fast-paced, team environment.

Experience in Lean implementation is preferred. Training provided.

Must have normal mobility to stand, sit, lift, climb stairs, and normal visual acuity.
