At Heyde sewing, we believe every consumer is entitled to quality service that happens after the sale with unlimited lessons and support including a free one year cleaning and check up along with a customers discount for lifetime of the machine. Brother and Janome warranty claims are handled by our in house authorized service department.

As an authorized dealer for Brother and Janome, Heyde Sewing Machine Co. sells advanced technology in our complete line of sewing and embroidery machines and sergers. Brother International has named Heyde Sewing Machine one of the top five dealers in the USA for sales and service.

Heyde is the largest dealership in the Midwest with over 5500 square feet of retail space. It is your one stop shopping of 5000+ bolts of 100% cotton fabric with backings and battings. In addition, we offer a wide selection of sewing and quilting notions, embroidery designs, books and patterns.

We offer a full service department operated by two full-time factory trained technicians. FREE estimates are available. The usual turn around time is within seven days. 24 hour rush service is available for a nominal fee.

We repair all brands of household sewing and embroidery machines and sergers. We back all of our repairs with a 30 day guarantee. All our repairs are done on the premises. Scissors sharpening is available.

Heyde Sewing offers all skill level classes in everything from quilting and embroidery to sewing and serging. We have several monthly quilting clubs and for our youth we offer a Kids Club. Our large classroom is equipped with new sewing machines for your use at no charge. Or if you prefer bring your own. We will continually update our class list.
